We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO). However, the responsibilities of such an officer have been assumed by our Managing Director. These responsibilities include:

What Personal Data May We Collect From You
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data). We may collect, use, store, and transfer different kinds of personal data about you. If you fail to provide personal data we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are entering into with you (for example, to provide you with services). In this case, we may not be able to provide a service to you but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.
